Take a Break! Online Level 1
This guided meditation session led by Patricia takes about 20 minutes. You will re-establish a healthy breathing pattern, reset your mind and increase your capacity to meet the demands of the afternoon. Reconnect your mind and body to emerge into the afternoon with fresh eyes and open heart.
Zen for Beginners Level 1
Our Zen meditation group offers a simple, grounded space to explore mindfulness and awareness in everyday life according to the Soto Zen tradition. Rooted in zazen—sitting meditation—we focus on cultivating stillness, compassion, and insight through direct experience.
Each Saturday session includes guided instruction, brief chanting, silent sitting and walking meditation. No prior experience is required—just curiosity and a willingness to be present.
The first 15 minutes of class will be focused on beginning instruction so you can get to know the different ways to sit, the various styles of meditation, and how to find your way into practice. All are welcome regardless of level of experience with meditation.
If you’d like, you’re welcome to bring a small object to place in our practice dedication space for the duration of the session. This might be a photo of someone who could use support, a token for a pet who needs care, or any symbol of a person, cause, or memory you’d like to hold in your heart as we practice.
Join us to pause, breathe, and reconnect with the quiet clarity that underlies all activity.
Imagine Now Online Level 1-2

Imagine Now in Person Level 1-2
Curious about existence? Meditation is an opportunity to sit with one’s self, make friends with the mind body connection, and work with reality directly. We will explore different teachings, techniques, and philosophies that shift our attention to the present moment. In each hour session you will be guided through a short and sweet, seated physical warm up to settle into the body, followed by a 20 minute meditation, ending with an open discussion and reflection on the practice. Sadie will offer imagery, tips, tricks, and literature that allow you to form a new steady practice, or deepen and expand a preexisting one. A space for self-inquiry, community, and compassion.
