Cancellation Policy

You are able to cancel up to 2 hours prior to class for a full refund of class credits.

Any cancellation after that will result in a $10 charge and class credits will be returned to your account

If you do not cancel and do not attend class you will forfeit your class credits. Please contact us at info@heightsmy.org if there are extenuating circumstances.

Late Policy

You may join class up to start time. If you are later than that, please consider it a missed class.

Please Note

It is our policy to cancel any class that has fewer than 3 students one hour prior to start time. You will be notified of any cancellation by email.
